SHARE SCREEN 2025 Sparks Cross-Disciplinary Design Dialogue
As part of the Road to ADGI Design Week 2025 series, the Indonesian Graphic Designers Association (ADGI) Jakarta Chapter, in collaboration with IdeaFest, once again presents a creative forum that brings together design practitioners: SHARE SCREEN 2025. Held on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at JICC Senayan, the event serves as a warm meeting ground where Indonesian designers share their perspectives, processes, and challenges when working on creative projects in an ever-evolving industry. Adopting an eye-to-eye conference format, SHARE SCREEN 2025 encourages cross-disciplinary dialogue through this year’s most noteworthy works.
The stage of SHARE SCREEN 2025 featured some of the most prominent names in Indonesia’s creative landscape. Among them were Mawarid Rolansyah & Yori Atira from Lunch for My Husband, the creative duo who discussed how they crafted a sandwich shop’s identity through an explorative approach to graphic design; Iqbal Fadilah from Sereal Studio, who explored experimental projects that transcend the boundaries of a single medium; and Agra Satria, founder of Mata Studio, who shared how thoughtful design can breathe life into an event while bringing forgotten elements of Indonesian culture back into the spotlight.
Also taking the stage was Ardhira Putra, an illustrator and animator known for his signature retro style blending 1980s nostalgia with case studies of his recent projects exhibited at The Sphere, Las Vegas; as well as Sahid Permana and Meidiana Tahir from Sun Eater, who shared how visual design approaches can expand musical experiences and shape the artistic identity of a music group. Meanwhile, Sonya Putri from Museum MACAN offered an institutional perspective on how design plays a vital role in building communication and public experience within the modern art world through strong and thoughtful visual identity design.
SHARE SCREEN 2025 emerged as a collaborative space that underscores the importance of a supportive design ecosystem. Within the context of the Road to ADGI Design Week 2025, the event is one of the key milestones leading up to Indonesia’s biggest design celebration, laying the groundwork for broader discussions on the designer’s role in an increasingly integrated creative industry and society.
Through its partnership with IdeaFest, one of Indonesia’s largest annual creative festivals, ADGI Jakarta aims to expand the reach of design discourse to a more diverse audience, not only practitioners, but also students, creative workers, and visual culture enthusiasts. In doing so, SHARE SCREEN acts as a bridge between the design community and the wider public, reminding us that design is a way of thinking, communicating, and addressing social issues.
As a bonus, each SHARE SCREEN ticket purchase automatically includes an ADGI Design Week Pass, granting participants access to the main programs of ADGI Design Week 2025.
