Description

Rosé All Day is seeking a Senior Packaging Development Designer to design primary and secondary packaging, as well as Gift With Purchase (GWP) items and promotional packages for skincare and makeup products. This role requires ensuring all packaging designs align with Rosé All Day’s design standards while maintaining consistent visual quality and brand identity, and developing packaging concepts that thoughtfully balance customer value, usability, and business objectives. You will collaborate closely with the Packaging Product Development Team through conceptual discussions, brainstorming sessions, and design refinement, while also creating and delivering prototypes, mock-ups, user flows, design specifications, and supporting documentation to communicate design intent clearly. In supporting product development, you will ensure packaging designs are tested for effectiveness, usability, and feasibility, and prepare final, production-ready design files suitable for manufacturing and implementation.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Product Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in packaging design, preferably in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of packaging materials, structures, and printing processes is a plus.
• Proven ability to create concept-to-execution packaging designs, including mock-ups and prototypes.
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard for design consistency and quality.
• Ability to think strategically and design solutions that address both user needs and business goals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
• Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
