Description

Indigo Design & Development is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead design projects with a focus on signage, branding, and environmental graphics. In this role, you will take charge of developing creative concepts and overseeing their execution into impactful visual solutions that align with project objectives. You will also be responsible for guiding and mentoring junior designers, ensuring the quality and consistency of all design outputs while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment within the team.

Qualification

• Strong conceptual thinking, with a proven ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals
• Expert knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and design principles
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Broad understanding and appreciation of design beyond graphics (e.g., spatial, product)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
• Minimum 2–5+ years of experience in the design industry
• Full-time position.
