As part of our creative team, you'll be working on a variety of projects that span from developing impactful communications campaigns to designing product packaging, creating engaging social media content, taking part in product and campaign photo & video shoots, and many more. Our collaborative environment encourages you to explore different facets of communications design whether it’s for the main brand or the sub-brands, ensuring that no two days are the same.

Objective

• Develop visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and consistency in all design work. 
• Lead the conceptualization of innovative design solutions.
• Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video.
• Implement feedback and continuously improve design processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business and marketing objectives into clear, compelling, and visually exciting ideas that are consistent with the brand identity.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet quality and timeline requirements.
• Produce high-quality creative/marketing assets for promotions and campaigns in both electronic and print media.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with the brand's guidelines and objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and product development teams to develop and execute creative photo and video concepts.
• Plan, shoot, and capture high-quality photo and video footage both in-studio and on-location.
• Edit long-form and short-form videos, including explainer videos, promotional videos, and social media videos, enhancing them with graphic elements, music, sound, and visual effects as needed.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior graphic designers, ensuring their work aligns with brand standards and project requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, integrating them into design projects.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or  related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in a design/creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Experience in campaign design and concept development (both online and offline).
• Advanced graphic design and typography skills, with the ability to execute designs that align with brand positioning.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and familiarity with at least one video editing software (such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or CapCut) and After Effects.
• Familiarity with photography and videography equipment.
• Ability to perform effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle design challenges.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in motion graphics and video editing software.
• Knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
