Description

Visious Studio is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead projects from concept through execution across brand identity, print, digital, and multimedia work. This role involves developing strong visual solutions that align with client objectives and brand strategy, while collaborating closely with the creative team, strategists, and cross-disciplinary creatives. The Senior Graphic Designer will also provide art direction and constructive feedback to junior designers or external partners, maintain high standards in craftsmanship, typography, and visual storytelling, and stay attuned to evolving design trends to push the studio’s creative standards forward continually.

Qualification

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in agency or studio design.
• Portfolio showcasing strong visual concepting, brand work, layout, typography, and production-ready designs.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and relevant tools.
• Ability to lead creative thinking and mentor design talent.
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
