Description

As a Senior Creative Designer at Gojek, you’ll take the lead on creative projects from concept to delivery—crafting compelling visual narratives that shape the way our brand is experienced. While 3D expertise is not a requirement, candidates with strong 3D skills will be highly valued, as many of our brand assets are evolving in that direction. This role is ideal for a designer who is confident working independently, has sharp creative instincts, and is comfortable collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned work. In your first 6 months, you’ll be expected to drive the end-to-end execution of key initiatives while contributing to the growth and direction of our visual language.

Qualification

• 3–5 years of professional experience in creative or visual design, with a strong independent portfolio.
• Deep understanding of core design principles—typography, layout, color, composition.
• Proven ability to lead creative projects from start to finish with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working across teams.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
• A track record of delivering polished, on-brand design in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and consistency.
• Bonus: Proficiency in Blender and/or Cinema 4D—3D skills is a strong plus.
