Flourish Group is looking for a Senior Communication Designer to lead visual communication projects across print and digital platforms, delivering thoughtful and impactful design solutions from concept through execution. In this role, you will design brand identities, publications, annual reports, campaigns, websites, and presentations while shaping the creative direction and maintaining high standards of craftsmanship across every project. You will also mentor and support junior designers by providing constructive feedback, creative guidance, and leadership, fostering a collaborative environment that drives design excellence and meaningful communication.

Qualification

• 4–8 years of experience
• Excellent typography and layout skills
• Strong branding experience
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to manage projects from concept to production
• Strong portfolio across multiple disciplines
