Description

Boutique Bars is seeking a Motion Designer to craft dynamic and visually engaging motion graphics for brand campaigns, social media, explainer videos, and promotional content. In this role, you’ll bring stories to life through expressive typography, smooth transitions, and compelling visual sequences that align with the brand’s identity. You’ll collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and production teams to conceptualize and execute motion design projects, ensuring visual consistency and quality across all platforms. The ideal candidate stays current with the latest trends, tools, and motion design and animation techniques, and can adapt motion assets effectively for various digital formats.

Qualification

• 1–3 years of experience in motion graphics, multimedia design, or a related role. (Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply.)
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and knowledge of Blender, DaVinci Resolve, or other relevant tools.
• Strong skills in animation timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• The ability to create 3D designs is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of motion editing and compositing.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable to brand guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to work on-site (WFO) in Bali, Indonesia.
