Netflix is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead all marketing efforts in Indonesia, from strategy to execution. In this role, you will manage the local marketing team, which includes Film and Series marketing, Social Marketing, and Marketing Production. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative campaigns that drive engagement and growth in the market. Additionally, you will work closely with local functional leaders such as Content and PR to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in building world-class creative campaigns that ignite excitement and passion. You should be a strategic thinker with a business mindset, able to identify challenges and key growth drivers for Netflix in the market. A deep understanding of the social media landscape, including platform best practices and consumer behavior, is essential. Experience leading cross-functional marketing teams is required, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with executives, showrunners, talent, and their representatives. Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously without the support of a large team, working both independently and in close collaboration with a wide variety of stakeholders
Ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment
Capacity to continuously provide and receive constructive, actionable feedback to and from colleagues.
