Your work will shape how people experience brands, from retail spaces and digital campaigns to packaging and social storytelling. You’ll transform insights, trends, and cultural movements into bold creative strategies that set new standards in Indonesia’s lifestyle market.

Every project, from store activations to product launches, connects design with measurable business outcomes, proving that creativity can drive growth. From eco-friendly packaging to omnichannel retail experiences, you’ll push boundaries and bring future-ready ideas to life.

You will work with a diverse team of designers, marketers, product specialists, and founders, bridging creative vision with business strategy—lead, mentor, and shape the next generation of designers while building a culture that celebrates collaboration and innovation.

Qualification

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Creative Arts, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience leading design, preferably within retail, lifestyle, or consumer goods.

• A strong track record of building and executing brand design strategies across retail, digital, packaging, and beyond.

• A portfolio that speaks volumes, showcasing identity systems, spatial design, digital campaigns, and packaging that made an impact.

• A sharp eye for design trends, cultural shifts, and customer behavior, always staying ahead of the curve.

• Excellent project management skills to juggle multiple projects without compromising quality.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities, fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
