Description

Somethinc is looking for a Creative Project Manager to oversee and coordinate end-to-end creative projects, ensuring seamless execution across teams and channels. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and organizing projects, including defining the scope of work, setting timelines, and managing overall workflows. As part of the creative team, you will bridge the visual and marketing teams while supervising photo and video productions, both internal and external, to ensure all outputs align with the concept and communication objectives. You will monitor project progress against briefs, timelines, targets, and KPIs, while managing daily activities covering schedules, resources, risks, and deliverable quality. Beyond execution, you will also support the evaluation of project performance post-completion to refine processes and drive continuous improvement.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant major.
• Experience as a Creative Project Manager, especially within the beauty industry.
• Understanding of the creative and design process (proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is a plus).
• Strong communication and coordination skills (organizational experience is a plus).
• Able to work collaboratively in a team and demonstrate good time management.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Must be proficient in both Indonesian and English (spoken and written).
• Willing to Work From Office (Kembangan, Jakarta Barat).
