Sony Music Entertainment is seeking a Creative Manager to develop, plan, and implement creative marketing and content strategies for international repertoire in Southeast Asia (SEA). In this role, you will be instrumental in generating ideas, developing pitches, collaborating with agencies, and aligning creative efforts with artists’ releases. You’ll work closely with the Head of Creative to manage social media strategies, short-form video initiatives, and the production of content, including photo, video, and digital marketing assets, to deliver compelling fan experiences for some of the world’s biggest international artists.

Collaboration with SEA stakeholders will be essential to executing creative campaigns and ensuring their success. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and audience insights to refine creative strategies, using competitive analysis and data-driven insights to enhance messaging and content across platforms. Reporting directly to the Head of Creative, this role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for music marketing.

Qualification

• 6+ years’ experience managing creative campaigns from ideation to execution in the music/entertainment/film or similar creative industries.

• Passionate about the music and entertainment business and desire to build a creative career in the industry.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working in cross-functional teams.

• Take an interest in learning about the trends, culture and uniqueness of all markets across Southeast Asia

• You are hungry to learn and grow. You are curious, ask questions, get excited about new projects, and strive for excellence in work.

• Ability to articulate an idea or point of view verbally or in writing succinctly, with clarity and confidence, adapting the message to different audiences.

• Creative thinking and a passion for translating artistic vision into effective and impactful creative outputs.

• Analytical mindset with the flexibility to assess campaign performance and implement improvements.

• Ability to generate new and valuable ideas and execute them through various media and digital and non-digital platforms.

• Thorough understanding of how the various technologies that drive music consumption work and how to use them to create content and drive audience/fan engagement.

• Fluent in English.

• Have a thorough understanding of lifestyle and cultural trends.
