Description

Blibli is looking for a Creative Designer to create visually compelling designs that support marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand communication across both digital and offline channels. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Marketing, Content, and Business teams to ensure all visual materials align with brand identity and effectively engage target audiences. You will develop creative concepts and execute designs for various touchpoints, including social media, digital ads, website banners, in-store assets, and promotional materials such as flyers, posters, catalogs, and videotron displays—particularly for electronics products. You will also adapt and resize assets for multiple platforms, support photo and video production with visual direction and basic editing, and ensure consistency in typography, layout, and overall visual standards. The ideal candidate stays up to date with design trends and tools, bringing fresh ideas to continuously enhance the brand’s creative output.

Qualification

• Minimum education D3/D4 in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or S1 in Visual Communication Design (DKV).
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Familiar with supporting tools such as CapCut, Canva, and basic motion graphics/video editing tools.
• Basic knowledge or experience in videography and motion design is an advantage.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple design projects.
