The Associate Creative Director plays a pivotal role within LBB’s leadership team, spearheading the development and implementation of our brand’s creative direction and strategies across global markets. With a deep understanding of our target audience and a keen awareness of evolving consumer trends, you will provide innovative ideas and creative leadership to position our brand uniquely both internally and externally. Leading a dynamic small team of specialists, you will oversee the creation of compelling content spanning copywriting, graphics, photography, video, audio, and other communication forms across various platforms, including print, web, mobile, events, social media, and emerging mediums. Our goal is to consistently push boundaries and set new industry standards through visionary creativity and forward-thinking strategies.


  • Acts as the creative force within the company, ensuring brand consistency and quality in messaging, imagery, and voice.
  • Innovates fresh new initiatives to keep the LBB brand dynamic, relevant, and exciting.
  • Directs the creative function to support the strategic goals and brand of LBB, ensuring alignment of environment, culture, team, and processes.
  • Contributes to LBB’s unique company culture through the consistent export of the creative mindset fostered in the marketing department.
  • Reviews all creative solutions to ensure they meet LBB brand design and creative standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads a team of designers to deliver key graphic packages, marketing campaign visuals, and retail design concepts seasonally.
  • Develops seasonal stories and campaigns in collaboration with leads in marketing, copywriting, and content development.
  • Creates design guides, mood boards, and finished key-art assets for various teams to follow.
  • Provides art direction for tradeshows, events, and overall brand imagery.
  • Develops advertising campaigns for print, digital, newsletters, and social media.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver creative strategies and designs across all product categories, integrating these strategies into commercialization.
  • Actively participates in the execution of creative projects when necessary, ensuring hands-on involvement in the creative process. 
  • Executes copywriting for various platforms, ensuring consistent and compelling storytelling that aligns with the brand voice.
  • Develops engaging and innovative video content strategies for various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversees the production of video content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and TikTok, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Ensures the timely delivery of high-quality visual assets for product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Manages and mentors a team in a fast-paced open atmosphere, including team building, budget creation, and management.
  • Maintains the brand’s integrity and reputation by following design principles and upholding intellectual property protections.


  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Visual Communication Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or  related fields.
  • 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within the fashion, carry products, creative agency, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing and mentoring a creative team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design, art direction, video production, and copywriting.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or Cap Cut.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and social media platforms, especially YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovative design and branding.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience working in a startup or small company environment.
  • Experience in the bag or accessories industry.
  • Proficiency in additional design and video production tools beyond Adobe Creative Suite, this may include proficiency in implementing Artificial Intelligence tools effectively in the workflow.
  • Experience and good understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
  • Strong network within the creative industry.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and online retail marketing.
  • Previous success in launching and managing social media campaigns that significantly increased engagement and brand visibility.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
