Description

Visious Studio is looking for an Art Director to lead the creative vision and elevate the quality of visual output across branding, digital, and campaign projects. In this role, you will translate briefs into strong creative concepts, guide the design team through clear direction, and ensure every visual execution aligns with the studio’s aesthetic standards. You will collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and clients to craft impactful, well-thought-out visual solutions while maintaining consistency across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate is concept-driven, detail-oriented, and confident in presenting ideas, with a strong sense of taste, storytelling, and contemporary design culture.

Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or equivalent.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Art Director.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.

• Creative-minded, proactive, explorative, and open to trying new approaches, tools, and ideas.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify challenges and develop effective solutions collaboratively with the team.

• Strong ability to develop, articulate, and present creative concepts clearly to both internal teams and clients.

• Good sense of design, visual taste, and the ability to translate concepts into strong visual executions.

• Able to collaborate, coordinate, and communicate effectively with multiple team members and clients.

• Well-organized and structured in managing creative processes, with strong attention to detail and a high standard of neatness in execution.

• Strong time management skills and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.

• Able to guide, mentor, and share knowledge with team members while fostering a collaborative working environment.

• Passionate about creative work, with a strong work ethic and professional attitude.

• Experienced in handling projects for big clients and managing creative work within a professional agency/studio environment.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

• Knowledge of After Effects and 3D software is a plus.

• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and emerging AI tools for creative workflows.

• Strong written, verbal, and presentational communication skills.
