We're looking for an Art Director who is equally driven by concept and craft. Someone who can think beyond execution, challenge the obvious, and bring a distinctive point of view to the work. You'll partner closely with copywriters, strategists, designers, and creative leaders to create integrated campaigns, content, films, digital experiences, and brand stories.

We believe good work starts with curiosity and becomes stronger through collaboration, craft, and a willingness to explore beyond the obvious.

Qualification

  • At least 1 year of experience in an Art Director role within a creative, integrated, or digital agency environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates both strong conceptual thinking and exceptional visual craft.
  • You originate ideas, not just executions.
  • You care as much about the strength of the concept as you do about the final visual outcome.
  • You have a point of view on design, culture, storytelling, and what makes creative work resonate with people.
  • You welcome feedback, challenge assumptions, and believe the best ideas become stronger through collaboration.
  • You are ambitious about the work, not titles, not hierarchy, but the work itself.
