Description

As an Art Director specializing in Installation and Offline Activation, you will spearhead the ideation and development process, leading brainstorming sessions to generate innovative concepts that align with project objectives. You'll define visual elements, maintain design consistency, and translate ideas into comprehensive decks for presentation.

Collaborating closely with the design team, architects, and interior designers, you'll contribute to space planning, creating efficient layouts that optimize spatial flow. Utilizing 2D and 3D visualization tools, you'll produce mock-ups and renderings to communicate design ideas effectively. Additionally, you'll assist in material selection, prepare technical drawings, and participate in client presentations and site visits to ensure project alignment and quality control. This role offers the opportunity for continual learning and development, allowing you to refine your skills and contribute to the realization of dynamic spatial design projects.

Qualification

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

• Proven experience (3 years) as an Art Director or a similar creative leadership role

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead creative brainstorming sessions.

• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency

• Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Passion for spatial design, interior architecture, and creating functional and aesthetically pleasing environments

• Basic understanding of design principles, space planning, and spatial visualization

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar tools

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and visual, to effectively present design concepts

• Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, spatial proportion, and harmony

• Enthusiasm for learning, a proactive attitude, and the ability to take direction and feedback positively
