Indigo Design & Development is looking for a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team, specializing in signage and environmental graphic projects. In this role, you will provide graphic support and create innovative concepts for signage, brand identities, promotional materials, and other graphics. You will play a key role in developing creative ideas by deeply understanding client briefs and translating them into compelling visual solutions. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring design consistency across multiple projects, maintaining the brand’s integrity, and upholding our high standards.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will manage design projects from conception to delivery, effectively negotiating and setting priorities for the team to meet deadlines and project goals. You will lead daily status reviews with the team to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining quality and consistency. Qualification

• Knowledge of graphic design, conceptual thinking, and presentation skills.
• Possess a strong understanding and use of typography, color, layout, and design.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Indesign.
• Affinity with graphic design and design in general is required.
• Self-motivated, creative, and have good interpersonal skills.
• Possession of a design degree is preferred,
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the same field.
• Skilled in creating and exporting artworks for both print and digital formats.
