This event is UGLY’s first exhibition project and a small celebration of the brand’s second anniversary. Here we have the privilege to collaborate withArt Dept_ID who has the same vision to collaborate between fashion and art. The title, Palmistry refers to Ugly Bag’s signature Palmer bag and the exhibition theme, the mystery of the future. Fifteen artist with different artistic approach have been invited to collaborate with us in this project. Each of the artists were given a Palmer bag as a medium or element to work with and respond to. The artists played with the bag using their chosen medium, resulting in very different work from one another, and the result is beyond our expectation. The best part of this exhibition is that the artwork are collectible and affordable.
